Roberto is the COO – Operations Manager of New Era Construction Design, overseeing key areas including business development, sales, estimating, and project management.

With a rich background, Roberto spent a decade in the Peruvian Army, serving in the Special Forces as a sniper.

In 2014, Roberto embarked on a new chapter in the United States, driven by his aspirations for personal and professional growth. Prior to joining New Era Construction Design, he refined his skills in a construction company, gaining valuable experience that would shape his leadership and operational expertise.

Outside of work, Roberto is a devoted father to his 14-year-old daughter, Alessa, and a caring companion to his energetic 4-year-old Labrador mix, Porter.
